A thrilling afternoon at Park View Road, Welling saw Junior Reds Seniors beat Footscray Lions 3-1 to lift the Plumstead Challenge Cup. Goals from Adam Tarrant, Jordan McTigue and Aaron Jeffery were good enough to clinch victory against a spirited Lions team in front of a crowd of 254.
