No – not Crystal Palace but Buckingham Palace. Two of our longest serving members, James and Matt Fendick enjoyed a very special day in May receiving Duke of Edinburgh gold awards in a special presentation at Buckingham Palace. James and Matt have been members of the Club as players for many years and in the last couple have been actively involved with coaching the younger Under 7 / 8’s and with our goalkeepers. Their contribution to the Club was recognised as part of the Duke of Edinburgh award.
