Team Manager/ Coach roles
We have lots of young people keen to play in Junior Reds Football Teams
To do this we need people to volunteer to help – especially as Team Managers and Coaches
You do not need to have great football skills as full support will be given. Reliability and communication with young people are much more important.
We will find a role based on your availability and the age group of interest. If inexperienced then our Mini Soccer section is an ideal place to start,
Please note all Volunteers will need to be subject to a Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check.
All Manager/ Coach roles are unpaid although some expenses are paid.
Managers/ Coaches need to undertake an FA Level 1 course within 6 months of joining the Club.

Referee roles
Junior Reds are keen to recruit a couple of qualified and FA affiliated Club Referees to officiate at our games on Sundays. Matches are played throughout the day so will suit your availability and will be mainly for teams playing at 9 and 11 aside from ages 12+.
