The new Junior Reds Under 11 Girls football team have started very well in the “Kent Girls and Ladies Football League”. The players have been a team for just two months and are playing with enthusiasm and understanding. Manager Lenny Read said “ I am really encouraged by the progress made in such a short time”.
A steady number of Girls from age 7 to 11 have joined recently and all train at Bexleyheath Academy on a Saturday morning.
At this rate a further team at Under 9 or 10 will soon be possible. All Girl players of any ability are welcome to come along and join in on a Saturday morning.
