University Graduate!

Congratulations to Jake Langford – our u11 girls manager. Jake recently graduated a three year University course in Business and Football Coaching with a 2nd class honours!

Jake and his fellow course members finished off the year with a once in a lifetime opportunity trip to Atletico Madrid stadium (Wanda Metropolitano) and training complex. Well done to Jake and his UCFB class of 2019.

Junior Reds Girls v Encinitas Express Soccer

Junior Reds Girls entertained Encinitas Express Soccer from California, USA last night.

Both American teams played a strong passing game and were very fit. Junior Reds won the Under 16 encounter and lost the Under 18 game.

A great spirit was shown between the two teams after the match as pictured.

Good luck to Encinitas Express in the Gothenberg cup in Sweden next week. Hopefully we have helped you prepare.

Laughter, Music, Dance & Games

sThere was laughter, music, dance and games at the Junior Reds Girls Christmas party on the 22nd December. The party was held for the first time at Coldharbour Leisure Centre in Mottingham where we enjoyed exclusive use for the evening.  A number of party team games were played over the night with the overall winners being the “Snow” team led by Shay. Good use of their “Joker” for double points at the end!The party was organised by a number of the Girls Coaches and special thanks go to Carl, Grainnee, Richael and Tom for their hard work in making the event possible. Tom provided the music with his new sound system playing a combination of old and current music for young and old.

Merry Christmas to all.
