All existing teams have been updated to their new age groups for the 2023/24 season starting in September 2023. New teams starting in September 2023 will be added during July 2023 as the registration process for players commences.

All teams on the website are now updated to show under their 2022/23 age groups. Junior Reds teams will have 31 youth teams and 3 adult teams for the start of the 2022/23 season.
